What You’ll Be Doing Lead the Employee Experience team and shape how we support our people. You’ll own key lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding and leave workflows while driving compliance, automation, and continuous improvement. Acting as the link across Centres of Expertise, you’ll turn moments like promotions and performance reviews into strategic levers, not just admin tasks.This role is perfect for an HR professional looking to step into a role leading a small team, influencing across various functions, and champion process optimisation. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with proven ability to build team capability. Solid understanding of HR lifecycle processes, compliance, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP). Skilled in process improvement, change management, and stakeholder collaboration across functions. Analytical mindset with focus on data integrity, automation, and operational excellence.
