We're now building a Talent Pool for Protection roles to support high-profile clients, VIP events, and private functions throughout Perth and WA region. The position is ad-hoc designed for officers who want to step into exclusive personal protection work – not routine shifts. About the Role Vault Security's Personal Protection Agents are trusted to uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer experience. You'll provide discreet and proactive protection for high-profile clients, work closely with our client and their team to ensure the safety and comfort of high-profile guests. You'll be part of a trusted pool of professionals ready to respond when Vault's high-profile clients require short-term or ongoing protection assignments. Key Responsibilities Provide close personal protection for VIPs, executives and high-profile individuals. Maintain a visible yet discreet security presence at all times. Conduct proactive risk assessments and maintain exceptional situational awareness. Liaise effectively with clients team members, and other security personnel. Ensure all actions align with Vault Security's values and professional standards. What We’re Looking For Current & valid WA Security Licence. First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) – essential. Responsible Service of Alcohol – may be required. Unrestricted Driver's Licence. Previous experience in executive / personal protection. Strong situational awareness and ability to make fast, sound decisions. Physically fit, professional in appearance, and able to command presence. Demonstrated ability to manage risk, remain calm under pressure, and maintain absolute discretion. Any of the following are highly regarded Security Consultant / Advisor licence / registration. Security License with Bodyguard sub-category in at least one Australian state or territory. Background in Defence, Law Enforcement, or Tactical Operations is highly desirable. Paramedic or higher level first aid / medical accreditation. Defensive driver or high level driving training / accreditations. Government Security Clearance. Formal Close Protection training.
