We are looking for a driven and experienced Production Manager to join our team at HUBER+SUHNER (Australia) Pty Ltd in Frenchs Forest, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes that align with our company's goals and objectives. What you’ll be doing Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and business targets. Monitoring and optimising production workflow, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Coordinating and supervising the production team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Analysing production data and generating reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with other local and global departments, to ensure seamless operations. Implementing and maintaining lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in a production management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry. Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles. Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement techniques. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Familiarity with production management software and data analysis tools. Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, operations management, or a related field. SAP, ISO and IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 experience desirable.
