The Role As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be instrumental in upholding Remedy Master Data integrity and ensuring that Quality Management Systems effectively align with Food Safety, BRC Global Food Safety Standard, and regulatory requirements. Key focuses include: Maintaining Product Formulation Master Data in both master files and SAP. Evaluating Marketing‑supplied Artwork for Compliance with Nutritional Information, Claims, and Legal Compliance, and Barcode Compliance. Generating & maintaining Barcodes in GS1 & Production Systems. Ensuring accuracy and currency of Remedy Masterfiles for finished product specifications, ingredient & raw material specifications, and packaging material specifications. Maintaining a Register of Raw and Packaging Materials Certificate of Analysis/Conformance. Managing the Customer Complaint Process ensuring completion of Investigation, and Close‑out. Registering and reviewing third‑party certifications (e.g., HACCP, BRC, Australian Organic Certification, Halal, Kosher, etc.). The Talent We’re on the lookout for a candidate with exceptional collaboration and communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a hands‑on Quality Systems role. While experience in food or beverage manufacturing is preferred, candidates with a background in highly regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals) are encouraged to apply. In addition to this, you will also hold a special combo of the following skills and attributes: You’re data savvy with superior Microsoft and analytical skills which help you evaluate data and identify issues rapidly. You’re passionate, and positive and thrive in a hard‑working, fast‑paced team, yet you’re also process‑focused, highly‑organized, resilient and calm under pressure or time constraints. You are an expert at juggling multiple tasks because time management is your thing. When things are busy it doesn’t get you down because you can easily prioritise to make sure everything gets done. You’re a people person who’ll gel with the rest of the Remedy crew and be committed to achieving results. A Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Technology/Microbiology or a related science degree is desirable, but not essential.
