Overview Residential Manager - Clyde North Bloom Community Aged Care in Clyde North. Collaboration Accountability Respect Empathy Responsibilities Take charge of daily operations and drive excellence and compliance in resident care, with the support of cutting-edge technology and a passionate, skilled team. Inspire and guide a passionate team in a modern, state-of-the-art facility. Thrive in a supportive, quality-focused clinical environment. Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT within a dynamic and expanding national organisation. Lead operational planning, budgeting, rostering, and resource management to meet resident care standards. Qualifications Experience managing medium to large aged care facilities Strong understanding of compliance and accreditation requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA Excellent leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Proven track record in operational planning, budgeting, rostering, and resource management Comfortable using computer systems and care management software Passionate about making a positive difference for residents, families, and staff Collaborative, compassionate leadership style that inspires and grows teams A Police Check dated within the last year Benefits Maximise Your Take-Home Pay - Save up to $15,900 a year through Salary Packaging with Go Salary.
