Based out the new location of Springwood we are looking for a Trainee Sales Consultant/Sales Trainee. As a strong advocate for the brand, as the Sales Manager, you will report to the Brand Manager and will oversee a team of sales consultants. We are looking for a team player with extensive Car Sales experience, who will not only coach and develop their sales teams to achieving and exceeding sales targets; but will also be hands‑on in contributing towards sales targets. 1. This brand just keeps going strength to strength, its set to intensify What the Role Entails Always providing an exceptional experience to deliver our Guests Support Sales team with vehicle preparation and delivery Ensure deal packs are compliant Professional handling of Guest enquiries and managing the sales process from prospect to delivery, and follow‑up Working closely with our Finance and Car Care departments to provide our full range of products & services to our Guests Maintaining high level of presentation of the showroom vehicles and Guest Facilities Occasional travel required for meeting Guest requirements and product launch & training events Keeping Guest relationship management systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity Learning new product specification and features, and maintaining a high level of Mazda and competitor product knowledge The successful applicant will possess: Ability to consistently provide anexceptionalGuest Experience that exceeds our Guests expectations Awareness and ability to work efficiently, handling multiple Guest enquiryat a time Strong time management & organizational skills Ability to support and work with other team members and departments Enthusiastic, warm, keen and pleasant manner High level of professionalism and personal presentation Ability to consistently follow sales process and procedures Exceptional communication skills Track record of achieving and exceeding set monthly KPI's and targets High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office A Queensland MotorVehicle Sales License is required A full and current manual driver’s license is also required A minimum of 2 years sales experience with Motor Industry or Dealership experience highly regarded but not essential for this role, as full training will be provided.
