This role will manage a team that will build strategic partnerships with business stakeholders with the aim of identifying opportunities for ICT and digital related solutions to meet their business needs and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic business relationships and an intake process that will enable customers to find appropriate solutions for their priority ICT and digital business needs. Using influence and effective stakeholder engagement strategies, partner with divisions to define and execute ICT and digital line of business and enterprise strategies. Manage a business analysis program of work, including prioritisation, resource allocation and increased maturity of business analysis practice within DoJ. Position the team as the strategic partner for customers with respect to ICT and digital, developing and maintain resilient proactive partnerships with customers, acting as an escalation point for the team when required. Undertake day-to-day management of the Strategic Business Engagement team by setting KPIs and performance metrics, monitoring performance and taking corrective action to ensure that outcomes are delivered. Technical Skills, Abilities and Cultural Capability Detailed knowledge of information technology management, practices, and trends. Working knowledge of business analysis, portfolio project management and related information systems. Analyse and evaluate information from multiple sources, define the problem or opportunity, summarise and present the key themes to various audiences. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. Establish and maintain working relationships with team and internal and external stakeholders. Manage team through sound guidance, coaching and empowerment. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
