We’re looking for a mid‑weight creative who can turn insight into impact – someone who designs with intent, obsesses over what makes people stop scrolling, and knows how to translate strategy into work that performs. About the Role Are you a creative person who loves to make things happen? Someone who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and performance? We’re looking for a hands‑on, self‑driven executor who can take a brief, break it open, and bring it to life across ads, social, email, video, print, and in‑person touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to craft high‑performing creative that builds brand trust, drives conversions, and helps people take control of their health. Additionally, you’ll also be upskilling in performance design, learning how to use campaign data and creative insights to continuously refine and elevate your work. Design and produce creative across social, digital, print, and motion that tells powerful stories and drives action. Think performance‑first. Use insights from our paid campaigns to test creative hooks, evolve design directions, and optimise for results. Collaborate cross‑functionally. Partner with marketing, operations and clinical teams to deliver cohesive creatives that elevate the HealthScreen experience, from first impression to ongoing appointments. Support campaigns end‑to‑end. From ads to landing pages, podcast clips to email templates, your work will shape how people experience our brand online and in person. Evolve our identity. Maintain and refine our visual system across Figma, Canva, and Adobe, ensuring every touchpoint looks and feels like HealthScreen. Own your craft. Manage timelines, maintain brand consistency, and deliver polished work at pace. About You 1–3 years experience in a creative or marketing design role (agency or in‑house). Strong hands‑on experience in Figma, Canva and CapCut – you’re fast, collaborative, and confident creating, iterating, and systemising design assets for scale. Skilled at taking briefs from concept to execution, balancing creativity with speed and attention to detail. Comfortable working across static, motion, and short‑form video formats, where you understand what makes content feel native on each platform. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic proficiency in Premiere Pro or After Effects for simple motion work. Familiar with creative specs and best practices for Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube ads, and curious about what makes creative perform. Able to self‑manage projects, hit deadlines, and maintain high standards in a fast‑moving environment. Naturally curious and eager to learn, especially when it comes to using data and insights to make your creative sharper and more effective. Bonus Points Experience working with health, wellness, or science‑led brands or in a start‑up. Understanding of ad testing frameworks, hooks, and conversion design principles.
