Hey there We’re an independent, impact‑led creative agency looking for a fabulous Brand Designer to join our team. The role: As a Mid‑weight Designer, you’ll be working closely with our Creative Director, James and our design team to develop compelling, purposeful, and strategic design projects and brands. Your work will be informed by your ability to apply critical thought and sophisticated design craft, as well as the collective smarts, wit, and care of the design team. Within our skilled team of brand, motion, and digital designers you’ll contribute a unique approach, expression and design sensibility. You are skilled in both creative and technical brand execution, and be open to a highly collaborative and honest design approach. Ideally you will have the knack for developing meaning and story through illustration, possess strong typography and layout skills, and understand the process for end‑to‑end brand delivery. A big plus if you’re a systems thinker, co‑design enthusiast, or have practiced human‑centered design processes. Our ideal person: Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in a design studio/agency Skilled in developing unique brand expression, systems, and rollouts Intermediate to advanced typography, layout and brand execution skills Has an understanding of end‑to‑end brand projects from concept to asset delivery A well‑rounded understanding of the technical requirements of branding Ability to articulate brand and design concepts both written and verbally High‑level of competency in the Adobe Suite Experience in using Figma Speak your mind and push creative ideas further To be considered for this role: Provide a diverse, exciting and detailed portfolio of your best work We’d love to get to know you Submit an application that shows your personality A bit more about us: Everything we do at Your Creative starts with really clever design, always placing people at the centre of our concepts.
