Located in our Melbourne office, our Design team are looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join them. You'll bring fresh ideas, a new perspective, and elevate our craft with your creativity. You’ll create visual concepts and designs that align with a brand’s identity and meet the needs of our clients. A day in the life Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for a variety of projects, including branding, advertising campaigns, websites, and digital campaigns. Translate creative concepts and ideas into high-quality visuals across multiple platforms. Build out and refine visual identity systems, design creative campaigns, and contribute to pitch decks. Generate fresh and original ideas that push creative boundaries while staying aligned with project objectives and client expectations. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising workload based on project deadlines and complexity. Exhibit a strong design craft and maintain a pixel-perfect approach to all outputs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, and share insights with the team to drive innovation and excellence. How will we know you are the one? You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that illustrate your creativity, technical expertise, and eye for detail. You're experienced in brand strategy and development, with a deep understanding of how design impacts and enhances brand identity. You're proficient in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Extensive knowledge of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory form the foundation of your expertise. You have a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills–you can articulate your design choices and present your work clearly. Your strong problem-solving skills give you the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions. You contribute to innovation initiatives, whether it's incorporating AI into processes or supporting creative collaborations that make an impact. Other things that would make you excel in this role 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail that is second to none. A collaborative attitude and willingness to accept and give feedback to help develop the best possible outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred, but not required). You're comfortable with innovative technologies and understand how they enhance creativity.
