Ras360° Property Solutions is seeking passionate and ambitious Brokers to join our expanding Management Rights Accommodation (MRA) team who specialise in the sale of Motels, Hotels, Pubs, Parks, and Management Rights. This role is looking after the South Coast Region of NSW and your home base is flexible within this region. About Us Ras360° Property Solutions is a trusted leader in the accommodation property market, with over 22 years of industry experience. Following our rebrand and relaunch in May 2024, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth, expanding into regional areas and southern states. We specialize in the sale of Motels, Hotels, Pubs, Parks, and Management Rights across Australia. Our expertise covers all aspects of accommodation businesses, including freeholds, leaseholds, and comprehensive business sales. In 2024, we experienced rapid growth, expanding our Management Rights & Accommodation (MRA) team from 2 to 17 members, and we’re looking for talented individuals to help us continue this momentum into 2026 where are looking to fill all the outstanding gaps in our Broker network in the Eastern states as we continue rapid growth at over 400% revenue YTD About the Role As a Broker, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, building strong client relationships and driving sales in your region. This role is commission-only, with an expense allowance for the right individual, and offers uncapped earning potential. You can choose to work as a contractor or employee, depending on your preference. Reporting directly to the National Director (based in Brisbane), this role will require some travel, including time away from home, as you establish and grow your portfolio. We’re also looking for Brokers in the following regions: Central Qld North Coast NSW Victoria Key Responsibilities Managing the sales process for businesses and properties in the accommodation sector. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Traveling within your region to identify new opportunities and close deals. Collaborating with the team to support the company’s growth objectives. We’re seeking individuals with: Proven sales experience, preferably in property, B2B, or FMCG. A valid real estate license or willingness to acquire (essential). Their own vehicle for day to day travel. A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for sales.
