Job Description Take the helm at Wagga Wagga Tourist Park as Motel Manager — lead day-to-day operations in a friendly, semi-rural, pet-friendly environment just 10 minutes from Wagga’s CBD. You’ll oversee self-contained villas, cabins, caravan and camping sites, ensuring clean, spacious, and welcoming accommodation. Coordinating property upkeep such as gardening, maintenance, and overall site security. Monitoring customer feedback to evaluate service quality and guest satisfaction levels. Overseeing financial functions, including purchasing, budgeting, and accounting processes. Ensuring all activities comply with occupational health and safety standards. Supervising bar, restaurant, conference, and function services to maintain smooth operations. Maintaining adherence to relevant liquor, gaming, and regulatory requirements. Providing guests with local travel guidance and assisting with arranging tours or transport when needed. Qualification & Experience At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role Certificate IV or Diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated leadership, staff supervision, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation. Strong customer service, communication, and organisation skills.
