About the Role: The Head of Sales Australia & New Zealand will be a key driver in achieving both short-term and long-term objectives to create sustainable growth for Crayola in the region. This leadership role will focus on executing a comprehensive trading strategy that aligns with Crayola’s overall business goals while driving profitability for the category and the brand. The Head of Sales will lead, develop and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of commercial excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. As a senior leader, you will actively shape Crayola’s position in the market, both through strategic partnerships and internal collaboration. Your ability to build strong, executive-level relationships with customers, lead innovation initiatives, and drive digital transformation will be critical to maintaining Crayola’s competitive edge. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer goals, optimise market share, and drive demand for new product placements. In addition to achieving P&L targets, the Head of Sales will explore new product categories to broaden Crayola’s presence and create compelling sales content to fuel growth. Your leadership will be integral to developing the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and insights needed to succeed in a dynamic market environment while reinforcing Crayola’s values and culture. Key Responsibilities: Trading Strategy Implementation : Collaborate cross-functionally to align and execute category, brand, and commercial strategies with key customers, including joint business planning processes. Relationship & Executive Engagement : Lead key customer accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and securing executive interactions to align on strategic goals.
