Your Team The Digital AI experience Product Owner reports to the Director Digital - Customer and will champion AI innovation. You will shape a cohesive, intuitive digital ecosystem that transforms how customers engage with our products and services. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, commencing in 2026. Your Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals. Define and prioritize AI use cases that enhance personalization, predictive insights, and conversational experiences across digital channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, compliance, and UX/UI to design and implement AI capabilities. Ensure timely delivery of AI features and models, working closely with IT delivery teams and project managers. Champion ethical and responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor and optimize AI performance through continuous testing, user feedback, and data-driven insights to improve adoption and engagement. Your Capability and Experience Thorough experience as a Digital Product Owner Proven experience in delivering AI-powered features or products Proactive problem-solving abilities, using data and insights to develop strategies, make decisions, and influence senior stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and management experience in driving digital initiatives. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
