As a Colour Matcher/Lab Technician at Guilda', you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. This full-time position is based in our state-of-the-art laboratory facility located in Laverton North, Victoria. You'll be responsible for conducting colour matching and testing procedures to meet our customers' exacting specifications. What you'll be doing Accurately colour match samples to meet client requirements Perform laboratory testing procedures to assess product quality and consistency Document all test results and maintain detailed records Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with the production team to resolve any colour or quality issues Assist with the development of new product formulations Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations What we're looking for Relevant qualifications in a scientific or technical field, such as chemistry or laboratory technology Proven experience in a colour matching or quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and testing procedures Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to suggest process improvements Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety What we offer At Guilda', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling career.
