You will play a key role in content discovery, acting as the crucial "cultural bridge" between premier Korean titles and a global audience. If you’re excited to contribute to a world-class team and help drive global conversations about entertainment, we want to hear from you What your exciting days will look like: Crafting compelling synopses for a diverse slate of Korean content - from reality TV to drama series - that are concise, creative, and engaging. Immersing yourself in Korean content to understand its nuances, capture its spirit, and write with an authentic, expert voice. Engaging in collaborative editing cycles with Creative Writing Strategists in Seoul to refine and perfect your work. Acting as a subject matter expert, using research skills to gather context and quickly synthesise information on a variety of titles. What you'll bring to the team: A love for storytelling and a professional background in editorial writing. Your experience will likely come from fields such as journalism, publishing, or content production. (please note: This role is focused on editorial creativity, not marketing.) A great knowledge of Korean culture. Your proficiency must be sufficient to watch and comprehend Korean content without subtitles, allowing you to grasp subtle story nuances (please note: native fluency is not required). A proactive and autonomous work ethic. You are accountable, adaptable, and can expertly prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a remote, globally-connected team. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to master a professional style guide for consistency (the team uses AP Style). What’s Next?
