Customer Banking Specialist - Lake Grace (26 hr/wk) We are looking for a part time Customer Banking Specialist to work in our Lake Grace Multi-Channel branch The roster for this role is: Monday, Thursday and Friday: 9.15pm – 5pm Tuesday and Wednesday: 9.15am – 1.15pm What is a Multi-Channel Branch? Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. Monday and Wednesday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquiries & transactions. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.
