Specialist Radiologist Central Coast provides a complete network of imaging services and specialist care. Our new clinic is run by medical imaging experts and is ideally positioned to provide specialist services and outstanding care to the local community. About the role As a successful applicant you will possess excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and thrive in working as part of a flexible and supportive team as we grow into a busy practice at the heart of the community. Previous experience working in a Radiology practice environment would be highly desirable. This role will require Reception, welcoming and processing patients Scheduling and managing patient appointments Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties Managing telephone enquiries Supporting the Radiologists Working with Radiographers/ Sonographers & Radiologists Fast accurate medical typing Skills and experience High standards of personal presentation. A professional, patient and courteous manner Excellent telephone manner Strong communication skills – written and verbal Exceptional attention to detail Knowledge of the Medical Benefits Schedule Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities Fast accurate medical typing - optional Benefits of this role Full‑time position, we operate under flexible working hours and staff may be required to work outside core business hours at times.
