With a leading range of sustainable nutrient management solutions, the group provides agronomic services to clients across Western Australia’s key broadacre cropping zones. Now in a key time of industry development, an opportunity has presented for an Account Manager to join our client’s technically proficient and client-centric team in the Esperance region. About The Position As part of a dedicated team, the Account Manager will deliver mutually beneficial commercial opportunities in soil fertility and plant nutrition. This will involve field visits and relationship management with growers in the region. As part of this, the Account Manager will take responsibility for customer service, business development, administration and logistics. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in contributing to the team’s ongoing commercial success and to forge a career path with one of Australian’s most respected organisations. About The Person To be successful in this position, candidates will require the following: Experience or an interest in, on-farm agricultural systems Exceptional relationship management skills Proven time management, negotiation and communication skills High levels of career motivation A willingness to work in the broader Esperance region Tertiary qualifications, considered desirable On Offer On offer, is a generous salary package plus a fully maintained vehicle and tools of trade.
