You will also:Enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously. Love that no two days are the same and that much of your time will be spent out with clients or prospective clients, and not in the office. Be sales orientated and able to build a sales pipeline to support new business growth. Have amazing organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail Have sound general insurance technical ability and be a problem solver. Tier 1 broking qualification is mandatory.
