We’re seeking a skilled Accounts & Administration Manager to take ownership of financial operations, payroll, and administrative systems for a progressive, community-focused organisation on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time, on-site position suits a detail-driven, hands-on professional who thrives on structure, accountability, and improvement. You’ll work closely with the Director and collaborate across the Service and Operations teams to keep finance, compliance, and service delivery running seamlessly. Key responsibilities Finance & Payroll Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Oversee NDIS invoicing, claims, service agreements, and quotations. Conduct bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and superannuation lodgements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management across multiple entities. Prepare financial reports, profit and loss statements, and support external accounting reviews. Maintain supplier relationships and ensure on-time payment of accounts. Ensure financial records and systems meet compliance and audit standards. Administration & Systems Manage administrative systems (FlowLogic or similar), ensuring data accuracy across finance and operations. Oversee utilities, insurance, and business registrations for all entities. Develop and maintain policies, registers, and standard operating procedures. Reception duties - coordinate scheduling, incoming correspondence, and internal communications. Streamline administrative workflows to improve efficiency and accountability. Report directly to the Director and collaborate with the Service and Operations teams on financial, compliance, and improvement projects. Skills and experience Minimum 1 year in a similar finance or accounts management role. Proficient in MYOB or Xero, with strong Excel and reporting skills. Demonstrated experience managing payroll and superannuation. Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and compliance standards. Highly organised, analytical, and able to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy. Skilled at improving systems, processes, and administrative workflows.
