About the role As our HSEQ Manager, you’ll be the champion of quality, safety, and environmental stewardship across the business. This is a leadership role focused on building strong teams, influencing business‑wide practices, and ensuring every product and process reflects our commitment to protecting people. You’ll lead a team of professionals, inspire collaboration across Operations, Engineering, and Production, and work closely with suppliers to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations. This role will be focused on leadership, continuous improvement, and customer‑centric outcomes, not just compliance. What you’ll do Lead and mentor a team across quality, safety, and environmental functions. Shape HSEQ strategy that drives improvement and strengthens customer confidence. Partner with internal teams and suppliers to embed quality, safety, and sustainability into every stage of the process. Champion a culture of excellence, ensuring HSEQ is seen as a shared responsibility. Engage customers and stakeholders, translating feedback into actionable improvements. What we’re looking for A proven leader who can inspire teams and influence change. Strong understanding of HSEQ principles within the ISO framework and continuous improvement. Ability to connect safety and quality outcomes to customer experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in manufacturing or similar environments is desirable.
