Learning and Development Adviser

Role Maintain and improve upon the OPP's Learning Management System (ELMO), ensuring accurate learning and development records and up to date content. Facilitate training schedules in consultation with management and in alignment with relevant legislation, codes of practice and corporate policies and procedures. Provide information, advice and support to OPP staff members regarding the requirements of the learning curriculum capability framework. As an ideal candidate you will have : A comprehensive working knowledge of contemporary training needs assessment, learning methodologies and delivery formats. Highly developed communication skills, addressing complex issues with internal stakeholders using influence and analysis skills. Well-developed time management skills, including the ability to autonomously identify priorities and manage concurrent demands within tight timeframes.
