We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Learning professional to join our Talent and Learning team, leading new and existing internal projects and initiatives that support our staff and contribute to improving organisational outcomes. Temporary full-time vacancy up to 6 months (possibility of extension or ongoing appointment) working 35 hours per week. Location: Parramatta or Sydney CBD. Flexible and hybrid working options available. Clerk Grade 9/10: Level. Base salary $129,464 per annum to $142,665 per annum plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading. About the role The Manager, Learning and Development is an exciting opportunity that will see you support the organisation to achieve its objectives and help deliver major reforms. The role delivers best practice and human resources strategies, projects and initiatives across a range of areas such as learning, organisational development, and culture. The role is part of a small, dynamic team where achievements are celebrated, and career development is supported. The role will see you: Partner with leaders and people across the organisation to promote and foster a culture of learning and development. Lead, review and implement a range of human resource projects, strategies and initiatives that respond to future challenges and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and standards. Apply creative thinking techniques to generate new ideas and innovative solutions that enhance efficiencies. Manage and analyse business data and information to provide insights and comprehensive reports that contribute to effective decision‑making, people management solutions and continuous improvements.
