Manager, Learning and Development Location: Parramatta or Sydney CBD – Flexible and hybrid working options available. Temporary full-time vacancy up to 6 months (possibility of extension or ongoing appointment), 35 hours per week. Clerk Grade 9/10. Base salary $129,464 – $142,665 per annum, plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading. Interviews likely week commencing 15 December 2025. About the Role The Manager, Learning and Development is an exciting opportunity that will see you support the organisation to achieve its objectives and help deliver major reforms. The role delivers best practice and human resources strategies, projects and initiatives across learning, organisational development and culture. It is part of a small, dynamic team where achievements are celebrated, and career development is supported. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders and people across the organisation to promote and foster a culture of learning and development. Lead, review and implement a range of human resource projects, strategies and initiatives that respond to future challenges and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and standards. Apply creative thinking techniques to generate new ideas and innovative solutions that enhance efficiencies. Manage and analyse business data and information to provide insights and comprehensive reports that contribute to effective decision‑making, people‑management solutions and continuous improvements.
