About The Role The Manager, Learning and Development will support the organisation to achieve its objectives and help deliver major reforms. The role delivers best‑practice human resources strategies, projects and initiatives across learning, organisational development and culture. Responsibilities Partner with leaders and people across the organisation to promote and foster a culture of learning and development. Lead, review and implement a range of human resource projects, strategies and initiatives that respond to future challenges and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and standards. Apply creative thinking techniques to generate new ideas and innovative solutions that enhance efficiencies. Manage and analyse business data and information to provide insights and comprehensive reports that contribute to effective decision‑making, people management solutions and continuous improvements.
