We're looking for a proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Parramatta. You'll be taking over a warm, well-established desk with a strong network of national clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and capitalize on significant earning potential. What you’ll be doing Focus on recruiting for a variety of trades roles, including excavators, pipe layers, carpenters, and painters. Proactively manage a 360 recruitment desk, handling everything from business development to client and candidate management. Conduct regular client site visits to build and maintain strong relationships. Source, screen, and place top-tier talent. Work autonomously and manage your desk to maximize your potential. What we're looking for Proven experience in blue‑collar recruitment or a related sales role within the trades or construction industry. A confident, ambitious, and highly motivated personality who thrives in a client‑facing environment. A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable visiting client sites and building a strong network. Someone who is self‑motivated and doesn't require micromanagement to succeed.
