The Role: We are looking for a highly organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, who can work well under pressure. This is a full‑time position working within a very fast‑paced office. This is a support role to the Head of People & Culture, responsible for all administrative tasks. Duties include, but not limited to: Creating new and existing staff employment contracts, selected from our list of templated document files Responsible for the general HR administration for staff including onboarding, exiting, promotions and staff file management Conducting new staff induction presentations Coordinate performance reviews, staff catch‑ups, work experience schedules and internal training on behalf of the Head of People & Culture Ensure all HR employee and contractor files are up to date and compliant Conduct audits on staff files, updated contracts, first aid, leave entitlements Update organisation charts and employee data records Coordinate annual leave across the business, and keep the staffing calendar updated Liaising with payroll updates and changes including chasing payroll information from staff and agents Submit Police Checks for all prospective candidates starting within the business Coordinate an update on office floor plans and phone lists Scan and save all documents and ensure accurate filing Attending compulsory weekly meetings with the HR team, and monthly company meeting Assist with overflow recruitment administrative tasks if or when requested In order to be successful in this role, you will need: Ideally someone with previous experience with compliance, contracts or legal document management Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Must work well under pressure Patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role Confidence – professional and friendly, not rude or abrupt Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong time management and follow‑up skills The ability to thrive within a professional and fast‑paced environment Must be presentable and professional with strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information If this sounds like the role for you, and you have passion to succeed then please contact Nicci Hart on *****@highlandproperty.com.au immediately for a confidential discussion.
