About the role We’re expanding our Commercial & industrial Energy Broker team and seeking enthusiastic, coachable individuals ready to kick start their careers in January 2026 . No prior energy industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, ongoing development, and a supportive team environment. As an integral part of the team your duties will include but not be limited to: Prospecting your own commercial and industrial energy leads Building and managing relationships with key decision-makers in mid-to-large businesses Learn how to analyse energy usage and recommend cost saving solutions Negotiating the best energy deal available to best match your customers’ needs Develop critical communication, negotiation, and client-management skills This is an office-based role located on Queen St, Brisbane.
