Administrative Officer Gumeracha/Mt Pleasant (Casual Pool) Position based at Mount Pleasant District Hospital and Gumeracha DSM Hospital Salary: ASO2 $30.01 - $32.28 per hour + 25% casual loading Casual Pool WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? As an Administration Officer in our Casual Pool, you’ll be a vital part of our healthcare team, helping to keep the wheels turning behind the scenes at Mount Pleasant Hospital and Gumeracha Hospital. From patient admissions and reception duties to records management and general admin, your day will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding. WHO ARE WE? The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas (this position is in Mount Pleasant and Gumeracha). HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? Provide exceptional customer service at front-of-house and over the phone, supporting patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with admissions, discharges, and data entry into our clinical systems. Support theatre and ward administration, ensuring all paperwork and communication processes are timely and efficient.
