Administrative Officer / Program Support Officer - Casual Pool (Community & Allied Health) Positions based across Barossa, Gawler, Adelaide Hills and Southern Fleurieu Salary: ASO2 $30.01 - $32.28 per hour + 25% casual loading Casual Pool WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? Working on a casual basis as an Administrative Officer/Program Support Officer with Community and Allied Health, Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region, you will deliver high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative and business support to staff, clients, and visitors. You will be the friendly first point of contact - handling enquiries, managing appointments, maintaining records, and supporting a busy team to help ensure seamless service delivery in a dynamic community health environment. Provide professional reception and telephone services, ensuring client enquiries are managed promptly and accurately. Deliver efficient administrative and clerical support to staff and management, including data entry, record keeping, and invoicing. Assist in the coordination of appointments, resources, and events to support smooth program operations. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies, fostering a positive and culturally sensitive workplace. WHAT WILL WE OFFER YOU IN RETURN?
