CCSG operates across Insurance, Asset Finance and Banking & Finance sectors. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for managing credit accounts for our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated Collections Officer who will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We work on a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home). Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, providing top‑note customer service while assisting them in reducing outstanding debt. Manage inbound & outbound customer calls. Build and establish relationships with customers built on connection and trust. Investigate, identify and establish customers' financial situation. Negotiate, implement and monitor tailored payment solutions. Record interaction file notes ensuring meticulous record keeping. Adhere to compliance frameworks. Requirements Energetic, proactive attitude to work. Results‑based, motivated and KPI‑driven individual. Willingness to learn. Ability to apply empathy. A resilient mindset. Passion for customer interactions and ability to build and nurture professional relationships. Experience in inbound/outbound contact centre. What can we offer you?
