Job Description Our team partners closely with clients to help them achieve key outcomes—whether it's enhancing customer experiences, streamlining operations, launching new products, or improving service delivery. Using KPMG’s Powered Enterprise methodology, we integrate leading practices, change management, and tailored training to ensure smooth transitions and maximise return on investment. Our capabilities include: Full-spectrum Salesforce implementations—from strategy and design through to deployment. Digital lending transformation powered by Salesforce and nCino. Diagnostic reviews to optimise and enhance existing Salesforce environments. Cybersecurity hardening and risk management tailored for regulated industries. Purpose As a Salesforce Designer at KPMG, you will play a pivotal role in transforming client organisations by designing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them adopt best practises, leverage out-of-the-box functionality, and deliver customer‑centric outcomes that drive measurable value. Goal The primary goal of the Salesforce Designer is to design and deliver functional, scalable, and innovative Salesforce solutions that empower client organisations to achieve their business goals. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that every solution is user‑friendly, efficient, and strategically aligned. Accountabilities Advising on "the art of the possible" with Salesforce, ensuring best practises and out-of-box functionality are adopted to meet current and future customer needs. Collaborating with Architects, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other Designers to create business capability maps, process flows, personas, customer journeys, and detailed functional specifications. Gathering, developing, and prioritising requirements/user stories in partnership with SMEs and ensuring team understanding. Configuring and conducting system demonstrations, creating prototypes, and wireframes for workshops. Configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities and conducting unit testing of components. Supporting change management efforts, enabling smooth business transitions, and assisting with user adoption to establish long‑term value. How are you extraordinary? You are an excellent communicator, capable of digesting and presenting complex ideas simply and effectively. You have a people‑centric approach, building strong relationships with clients and team members alike. You are curious and creative, always seeking innovative solutions to complex challenges. Experience Proven experience in Salesforce platform implementation, including designing and configuring solutions for business transformation. Strong communication skills for relaying complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders, from technical teams to non‑technical clients. An innovative, "can‑do" mindset with a passion for solving problems using Salesforce technology. Experience in user‑centric design methodologies, including the creation of customer journeys and business process flows. Qualifications Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to Salesforce Certified Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Platform App Builder A relevant university degree or an industry‑recognised qualification.
