Job Overview We are a leader in the tiling fix and supply industry who focus on new construction residential projects. We are looking for a full‑time, reliable, and well‑organised Tiling Supervisor to manage our South Coast region. Would suit someone living in the area between Nowra and Batemans Bay. Duties Management and organisation of staff and sub‑contractors Project supervision Responsibility for quality control and operations Programming and scheduling of works Allocation of labour Overseeing OH&S and risk management Occasional small repairs if required What You Bring A proven track record in the tiling industry (minimum 5 years) Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects Strong initiative and problem‑solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Sound knowledge of standards and tolerances for tiling and waterproofing An understanding of current legislation and best practice regarding workplace safety Basic computer proficiency and adherence to work‑related administrative procedures What We Provide An attractive salary package All the tools you will require, including a fully maintained vehicle, mobile phone, and iPad A friendly work environment If you have any questions regarding this position, please contact Andre on *** or email *****@donstiles.com.au.
