Myhealth Clyde North, a leading medical practice in Clyde North VIC, is seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a casual role based in our modern clinic located in Clyde North VIC 3978. What you'll be doing Providing exceptional customer service to patients, both in person and over the phone Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar Greeting patients and ensuring they are checked in efficiently Handling patient inquiries and directing them to the appropriate healthcare professionals Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality Assisting with administrative tasks as required What we're looking for Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service role Minimum of 1-2 years of medical reception experience is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients of all ages Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite Experience with Best Practice medical practice management software is required Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanour at all times A warm, friendly and approachable personality What we offer At Myhealth Clyde North, we are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment with opportunities for professional development and employee benefits.
