Have you delivered more than fifty marketing website designs for professional B2B brands? If you specialise in polished, high‑performing marketing websites rather than web applications or portals, this role is for you. We're looking for a senior marketing website designer (not web applications or portals) who specialises in public‑facing marketing websites to create modern, conversion‑focused interfaces across our portfolio of cybersecurity brands. This is a full‑time position. We're seeking someone who can commit fully to the role without maintaining freelance work alongside. Reporting to the Founder, you'll design engaging marketing websites for Cybertify.com.au, Cybertify.Law, Cybertify.nz.co, and future ventures, with a focus on creating modern, high‑converting digital experiences. Cybertify Full‑time | Sydney, NSW Website Designer (not web apps) What You'll Do Website UI Design Design polished, modern user interfaces for B2B marketing websites Create homepage designs, service pages, landing pages, and conversion‑focused layouts Develop effective call‑to‑action sections, hero banners, feature blocks, and testimonial layouts Build colour systems, typography hierarchies, and visual treatments optimised for marketing websites Design scroll‑based animations, Lottie interactions, and GSAP motion Ensure mobile‑first responsiveness and cross‑browser compatibility Produce developer‑ready Figma files with complete specifications and responsive states Component Libraries & Design Systems Build and maintain reusable UI component libraries in Figma for marketing websites Create modular sections and blocks that work across multiple brands Develop style guides covering colours, typography, spacing, buttons, forms, and UI elements Design scalable pattern libraries that maintain consistency across all public‑facing sites Document component usage, variants, and responsive behaviour clearly Multi‑Brand Asset Management Design UI components and sections that can be adapted across different brand identities Create well‑organised, version‑controlled libraries accessible across projects Implement clear file naming conventions, categorisation systems, and folder structures Maintain centralised design asset repositories in Figma with helpful documentation Ensure all assets are properly tagged, searchable, and reusable Establish storage protocols that keep libraries clean and scalable over time Landing Pages & Campaign Design Design high‑converting landing pages for marketing campaigns and lead generation Create promotional pages for events, webinars, whitepapers, and service launches Design email campaign visuals and web‑based marketing materials Develop templates for efficient deployment of new marketing initiatives Collaboration & Handoff Work closely with the Founder and developers to ensure design vision is realised Provide clear documentation including specifications, interaction notes, and asset exports Review implemented designs and provide constructive feedback Ensure WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance across all designs What You'll Need Essential Experience Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, polished marketing website UI designs Experience designing websites for professional services Experience designing B2B marketing websites (tech, SaaS, or professional services background is valuable) Understanding of conversion‑focused design and effective CTA placement Solid grasp of colour theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition Experience creating component libraries and design systems Essential Skills Expert proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, design systems) Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile‑first principles Knowledge of HTML/CSS capabilities and technical constraints Expertise in web animations (Lottie, GSAP, CSS animations, scroll effects) Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality execution Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) Working Style Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects Reliable with meeting deadlines and following briefs Good project management skills for handling multiple priorities Detail‑oriented with focus on consistency and quality What We're Looking For Professional outputs that align with premium market positioning Reliable delivery to agreed timelines and quality standards Well‑organised and clearly documented design files Production‑ready designs with thorough developer handoff documentation Discretion with company and client materials Full‑time commitment to the role Why Join Us Take ownership of UI design for multiple marketing websites in a growing cybersecurity company.
