Family Support & Inclusion Officer – Baldivis We are on the lookout for passionate Family Support & Inclusion Officers to join our teams around the Baldivis area. We place a great focus on family and community engagement to inspire a love of learning in everyone. The opportunity The Family Support and Inclusion Officer is a key role at Aspire Early Education. Responsibilities include: Supporting families through the orientation process. Assisting with the settling of children into their learning environments. Providing guidance for families managing behavioural concerns. Initiating difficult conversations with families. Connecting families with community resources. Guiding them through government funding processes. Working closely with Centre Leadership Teams, Room Leaders, and families to ensure the best outcomes for children’s wellbeing and development. Work schedule: Part‑time 25 hours per week across five days per week, with the possibility to work up to 37.5 hours. Why Aspire? Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training certificates. Current Employee Working with Children Check. Mandatory Reporting Training. Familiarity with early childhood development and behavioural strategies. Understanding of community resources and government funding processes. Strong background in early years inclusion highly regarded. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the National Quality Framework (NQF).
