Our Clinical Psychology Registrar program offers the following: Meaningful, varied clinical work Diverse presentations across the lifespan Space to build niche interests (ADHD, perinatal mental health) Low client churn - work with highly engaged clients who are keen to do deep work. Assessment, Therapy or Both Opportunity to focus on therapy, assessments or both. Full training and access to an extensive test library - You'll have access to our full test library including the ADOS, ADI‑R, WAIS, WISC, WIAT, etc. You will also receive training in conducting comprehensive and in-depth assessments, if this is of interest to you. Exceptional Support and Supervision Individual Professional Development Plan - Your supervisor will support you to identify your values and aspirations as a psychologist and help you to develop and implement your individual professional development plan. Free Supervision with a Board Approved Supervisor - receive regular supervision with a Board Approved Supervisor towards your registration as a Clinical Psychologist. Ongoing mentorship and supervision - receive supervision from our Director, Tehani Gunasekara, who has international training in Autism and ADHD assessments (UK, US, and Australia). Peer consults and regular Lunch n Learns - you'll be part of a team that shares knowledge, locums for each other during leave and genuinely enjoys growing together. Sustainable structures for wellbeing Structured AM / PM shifts - so your weekly rhythms and calendar is predictable. About Us Project Wellbeing is a values-driven psychology practice based in Castle Hill. We believe that Wellbeing is for our team and clients alike. We humanise therapy because we believe therapy works best when it’s human, compassionate, and collaborative. We provide therapy, assessments, workshops and consultation with a special focus on perinatal mental health. Tehani is a Clinical Psychologist with international training in Autism and ADHD assessments. She is a board approved supervisor and enjoys supervising experienced clinicians, Registrars and Provisionals and sees this as a way of giving back to the industry she loves.
