What You’ll Be Doing Your week will be dynamic, independent, and highly people-focused, including: Generating leads and converting them into new managements Nurturing relationships and maintaining an active, engaged client database Working collaboratively with Sales and Property Management teams Conducting rental appraisals and valuations Preparing appraisal letters, leasing documentation and management authorities Representing Fletchers professionally in the local community and at appointments Who You Are You’re an experienced and driven BDM who is energised by growth and client interaction.
