This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for growing our residential property management portfolio through strategic business development activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach and services within the local market. What you'll be doing Proactively identify and secure new property management clients through referral networking, cold calling, and targeted marketing campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors and other key industry stakeholders Prepare and present professional property management proposals and pitches Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversions, and other key performance metrics What we're looking for Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business development or sales role within the Townsville residential property industry Proven track record of successfully growing a property management portfolio through proactive business development activities, with quantifiable evidence of past success in a similar role Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders Strong investor acumen and understanding of the local real estate market Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously while reporting back to the team leader Excellent communication and follow-up skills — we expect you to stay on top of your leads and prospects What we offer At Coral Sea Property, we are committed to providing our employees with a positive and supportive work environment.
