The opportunity The company has expanded into the Caravan Park and Lifestyle Village sector, acquiring seven communities across QLD, NSW, and WA. We are seeking a collaborative, hands‑on Park Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Benalla Tourist Park in northeast Victoria. Aligned with their ambitious acquisition success, their planned developments for this site are in motion. 61 land‑lease homes 9 park‑owned rental properties 29 tourist cabins 46 sites and motel rooms Reporting to an experienced Regional Manager, the Park Manager will lead a team of casual maintenance employees and be responsible for: Resident and Community Engagement Leadership and Operational Management Financial Management Property Management About you You are a commercially astute business manager with a growth mindset and experience in real estate, hospitality, or aged care.
