Recruitment Manager at Orchard Talent Group The opportunity The company has expanded into the Caravan Park and Lifestyle Village sector, acquiring seven communities across QLD, NSW, and WA. We are seeking a proactive Grounds & Maintenance Officer to support the daily operations of a vibrant residential park in Benalla, Victoria. Aligned with their ambitious acquisition success, their planned developments for this site are in motion. This role is pivotal in maintaining outdoor spaces and performing general repairs to uphold high standards of safety and presentation. Reporting to the Park Manager, you will: Maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas through mowing, pruning, and planting Perform general repairs including painting, fixture replacements, and minor plumbing Ensure compliance with WHS standards and safe work practices Foster positive relationships with residents and team members About you You are a hands‑on professional with practical experience in groundskeeping, gardening, or general maintenance. You bring: Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of WHS practices and safe chemical handling Friendly communication skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction What’s on Offer A competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to a welcoming community within a growing organisation.
