Based in the Sydney CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs, this role offers the opportunity to work with a leading provider of high-quality painting services. As a Painter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results for our diverse range of commercial and residential clients. What you'll be doing Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces Mixing and matching paint colours to client specifications Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised work environment Collaborating with the team to provide outstanding customer service Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards What we’re looking for 6+ years of experience as a Painter, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work Valid Australian work authorisation is required for this position Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently Good communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach Familiarity with various painting techniques and the ability to use a range of tools and equipment Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation What we offer At Men in White', we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
