What You’ll Do Content Creation & Creative Execution Film and edit short‑form and long‑form content across all platforms. Create graphics, thumbnails, templates, and branded assets. Capture on‑site member testimonials and real business stories. Direct shoots and bring ideas to life with energy and precision. Content Planning & Strategy Build weekly and monthly content calendars. Plan scripts, hooks, and creative angles. Develop storylines, series formats, and evergreen content. Publishing & Scheduling Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Skool. Write captions aligned with Alpha Tradie’s brand voice. Post at the right times for engagement and growth. Brand Management & Creative Direction Maintain a consistent look, feel, and tone across everything. Evolve the brand identity as we grow. Ensure every piece of content strengthens our reputation. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking Review platform analytics and identify growth insights. Track performance across reach, engagement, retention, and conversions. Report weekly and monthly trends to Sam to refine strategy. Internal Projects & Campaign Support Create assets for launches, workshops, events, and ads. Assist in building out the training library and digital ecosystem. Produce highlight reels and brand‑building storytelling pieces. Who You Are You’re not just talented… you’re driven.
