Branch Coordinator Acacia Ridge, QLD

About The Role Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, The Branch Coordinator will be responsible to provide a range of administrative and support functions for the two branches in our Brisbane Location. This role is full-time, with occasional requirements of additional hours during special events and seasonal activities (such as Christmas parties and other branch events held throughout the year). Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Brisbane branches and act as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries and mail. Prepare presentations, reports and data, and support general administrative tasks including ordering supplies and assisting with project work. Coordinate and attend branch and Ambassador meetings, ensuring clear communication of policy and procedure updates. Support event management including trade shows, branch events, training sessions and catering; actively participate in the National Events Committee. Liaise with facilities teams to organise building maintenance, repairs and site security, and conduct quarterly workplace inspections to meet compliance requirements. Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to foster a positive team culture, including welcoming new starters, conducting site tours and supporting induction setup. Undertake additional ad hoc duties as required by the National Facilities Manager.
