Key Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist within ESMHS you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide innovative, compassionate, and recovery‑focused care. Your role will involve assessing a varied client group, developing individualized therapy programs, delivering therapeutic groups, and collaborating with leadership to sustain high quality services. Selection Criteria Qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award and registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia. Demonstrated core competency skills in developing and delivering Occupational Therapy‑based individual programs and therapeutic groups. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and exercise independent professional judgement on routine matters. Sound understanding of technology relevant to the work unit and compliance with information and communications security policies. Commitment to quality improvement, evidence‑based practice, and ongoing clinical and professional learning. Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
