Our coaches and instructors bring energy, care, and professionalism to every session. About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to move from the water to the pool deck in a permanent part‑time or full‑time position. As an Aquatics Pathway Coach, you’ll work closely with our Centre Leads to plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging swim and squad programs. You will: · Support the development of swimmers across all levels, from Learn to Swim to junior squads · Be a trusted presence on pool deck, connecting with families, answering questions, and offering feedback · Assist in coaching regular squads, helping swimmers improve technique, build confidence, and enjoy the journey · Play an important role in progressing swimmers through the pathway, identifying talent, and nurturing potential in an inclusive environment Why Join Us?
