Your passion for swimming and commitment to exceptional service will add value to our community Key responsibilities of the role include: Lead and coach our team, inspiring a passionate team of Swim Teachers Oversee our Swim School programs to ensure they are engaging and innovative Build lasting connections with children, families, and the community Champion safety, compliance, and excellence in aquatics Foster ongoing learning and development for passionate team members Collaborate with our other departments and leaders to provide a great experience for our members Demonstrate effective communication, leadership capability, problem-solving and interpersonal skills About You You will be passionate about fostering positive relationships with team members, swimmers, teachers, parents, and the wider community. By leading through example as a positive role model and creating memorable experiences. Proven hands-on experience in delivering swim school and other aquatic programs A genuine and caring approach to team development and a desire to grow as a leader Demonstrated industry knowledge and understanding of national swimming and water safety frameworks Including: Royal Life Saving, Swim and Survive, Guidelines for safe pool operations and NSW Health Relevant qualifications including Swimming and Water Safety Teacher and advanced/specialised swimming certificates Adaptable and flexible to work full time roster across our operating hours (5am - 8pm) with rotating weekends off Current Working with Children Check Pool Lifeguard Qualification Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation (or equivalent) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Applications Close: Sunday 30 November 2025 Who are we?
