As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our search campaigns - executing strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll take ownership of SEO initiatives, managing everything from strategy and technical optimisation to implementation and performance analysis. Talking directly with clients to understand their goals and craft strategies that deliver results, without the bureaucracy of a traditional account manager. Executing SEO campaigns through technical work, strategies, content briefing, as well as coordinating with other specialists within StudioHawk such as content writers, offsite, PR. Researching keywords, competitors, and trends to uncover new growth opportunities. Optimising websites and crafting content strategies that align with SEO best practices. Presenting insights and results to clients, helping them understand the “why” behind every move. Working closely with your team - sharing ideas, learning, and supporting each other. Learning and growing every week through mentorship, workshops, our own world class learning & development program, and feedback. Wants to do work that means something, and see the difference you make. As with any role, there are requirements, and we want to be upfront so you know what's expected. Must haves: 1–2+ years (or equivalent experience) in an SEO role. Hands‑on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies. A creative mindset - you like to think outside of the box. Always looking for personal and professional progression. Tenacious and resilient; able to think on your feet when thrown in the deep end. Strong and clear communication skills which you will use via emails, phone calls and during internal & external meetings. Salary & Compensation: We believe in transparency - here’s what this role offers: Base salary: AUD $75,000 to $85,000 + superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability) We believe in rewarding hard workers, not just giving them more stuff to do with nothing in return.
