Job Description CyberArk is seeking a self-motivated and broadly skilled Solutions Strategy Architect to join our team. This role is strategically vital to the success of our business, positioned at the intersection of technology and customer engagement. You will influence the sales cycle and shape our market offerings, supporting the APJ region, expanding reach, and strengthening customer relationships. Responsibilities Technical Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, focusing on early prospecting/discovery and late-stage defense of the technical win. Technical Discovery: Conduct sessions to uncover customer challenges and desired outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders. Solution Validation: Include brief demonstrations to validate proposed solutions. Value Proposition: Present the technical value of CyberArk’s solutions to executives, linking customer problems to current and future states. Influence Solutions Engineering Activities: Advise on demos, deep-dive demos, POV/POC engagements. Content Creation: Develop tailored technical content including solution diagrams and presentations. Feedback Communication: Relay customer feature requests, requirements, issues, and market feedback to product/solutions teams. Evangelism: Support CyberArk’s evangelism through webinars, seminars, lunch-and-learn sessions, trade shows, and other engagement. Product Mastery: Maintain deep understanding of CyberArk offerings and common customer technology stacks and challenges. Qualifications Communication: Ability to present complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze challenges and propose effective solutions. Relationship Building: Experience building relationships across organizational levels and cross-functional collaboration. Security Knowledge: Understanding of security concepts, regulatory requirements, and security best practices in enterprise environments. IAM Experience: Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions (IdPs, PAM, MFA) is advantageous. Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud architect certifications or similar are highly desirable.
